30 Day Return Policy
Entry-Point has a 30 day return policy from receipt, by which the customer must notify us of the intention to return. There is no restocking fee for items returned within this timeframe.
After 30 Day Restocking Fee
All brands will incur a 15% restocking fee irrespective of being notified or sent back within the 30 day period unless items are faulty or at the discretion of Entry-Point.
Changing a Product
If a product needs to be returned as the client requires a different size, colour or function, then the best solution is to notify Entry-Point of the return of the items. Once Entry-Point receives the returned stock, we will refund the amount to the card used with or without a restocking fee, dependent upon the aforementioned conditions and if it falls within the 30-day period.
Posting A Return
Notify us by email to sales@entry-point.com.au quoting your order number.
Post to 4/327 Canning Highway, Palmyra WA 61567.
Ensure you receive a tracking number.
Include your order number and name in the parcel
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the complaint and rectify.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have but make a new purchase for what you want. This way, there will be no delay. Once we receive your return (assuming quality), the refund will be processed.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
